MicroSYNC  is the new Microgate GPS synchronizer. It represents the state of the art of synchronization systems based on the reception of UTC time from the GPS satellite system. MicroSYNC was born with the dual nature of GPS synchronizer and system with integrated time base. This feature together with the perfect integration with the REI2 stopwatch makes it a unique system of its kind.
 
MicroSYNC performs  three main functions  without the need for any configuration:
 
Normal : MicroSYNC, once turned on and acquired the signal from the GPS satellites, provides a closing signal on the sockets every minute. The synchronization signal is compatible with all timing devices on the market.
 
Synchronize REI2  : on the MicroSYNC serial line, in conjunction with the synchronization event, a string is sent with the time and date to which the stopwatch will be synchronized and a subsequent closing contact. No configuration or setting has to be done, neither on MicroSYNC nor on REI2.
 
Synchronize REI2 GPS time base : this function, if enabled on REI2, allows the chronometer time base to remain constantly locked to the MicroSYNC GPS signal, creating a chronometer aligned to the UTC time with an accuracy of + -1 microsec. and without integral error.
